I rec. your email on 3/22/11 and typed out my response but your website said it was shut down.  I am typing again on Word to save it in case that happens again.

Your 3/8/11 email said that I would get a response within 72 hours and I rec. nothing until 3/22/11 where I get this vague response that someone has contacted me (WRONG, DID NOT HAPPEN!) or that someone is researching.  As of this date I have NOT rec. a specific email (although I asked that someone from the bankrupty dept. CALL ME) nor a phone call to have my ? answered.

Again,  On 12/29/10 I called in two payments to catch up my payments (above and beyond our chapter 13
agreement) and was told by the c.s rep. In your bankruptcy dept. that $1,276.74 was the full amt. Owed to catch up the payments.  Nothing from this payment was applied to principal OR interest only other whatever that means.

And SINCE THEN every payment posted shows it is a month behind. That is NOT CORRECT!

I need an immediate call to my cell phone   

Nat. City Mortgage c.s. was better before PNC took over.
