Pnc Mortgage Is Un willing to work with there customer Loans in Hard Times. They Keep wanting to add excess fees and payment plans Loaded with Additional Fees. This Puts The Consumer in More Debt to Them .When You call They will Absolutely will not Negotiate any or all fees what so ever. They take a hard line To there own customers no matter how long you have been with them. They also Play the mail game. When you make a payment they deny getting it on time so the can charge the customer an extra 100 or so late fees. The federal government needs to go after these guys for loan fraud and not workig with consumers. They Are The Worst Mortgage Company i have ever delt with.

"The federal government needs to go after these guys for loan fraud and not working with consumers."
It's not fraud because the loan company insists on enforcing the terms of the agreement.
