I called to get a refund after noticing BAD information all over the internet of them, they advised me it is not true they are very well known and over 100,000 people use their services every year They owe me $451.00 and are refusing to give it back stating that I had 30 days. I did call in those 30 days and they told me to give it a "try" now after hearing about a family friends horrible experience with them and how they lied to me about the cost I want my money back. They told me i had 30 days and that was in the terms and agreement which i was NOT told over the phone during the sale, nor did i recieve a paper copy which i called about and they claimed they sent it twice. A person cannot agree to the terms and agreement if they are not given them to read.
