dec 6 2004 I allowed my self to be pressured into purchaseing a "membership " in a "vacation club' with this company . I bought 1000 nights of " preferred rate visits to any of the 4 floowing resorts. The gran costa real, the gran caribe real, the gran porto real & the royal porto real. while I was staying at the gran costa real

I was offered $100.00 us plus taxi to view thier gran caribe real resort. {they said they wanted to show off the reccent renovations to promote the resort}. The sucker I was bought their story and later that day after being plied with drinks and vip treatment I signed the deal for $ 12,000.00 us plus $895.00 us admin fees. dumb dumb dumb...

I Now know that the premier holiday travel is a seperate company then the real resorts but at the time you are buying the package you are lead to believe that they are one & the same company. It dosnt hurt in their act to convince you of this when they operate freely within the resorts and their sales office is locatd in the grand carib real.

bottom line is first time we tried to book they told us that we didnt give them the 2 months required to book [nothing in the contract about this] so we booked elswhere that winter[2005] then this fall [2006] with months notice. they could not book my trip to the grand costa real as it has been sold. there is no provision in the contract for the selling of resorts or substitusions.

I bought the contract with the grand costa real as my main instrest. the other resort fees are so high that it is pointless to go through the club . it would be cheaper to throw my contract in the garbae & book last miniute.

I asked for my money back based on thier contract the contract should be void . Since then they refuse to answer my emails or have my calls returned by any body of athoritiy in their companny .. I have paid all but about $2000.00 of the total throught a company call Monteray finacial .. when I stopped paying & explained the fruad they did not care and became abusive verbally on the phone & now are sending me threating letters..

my only hope it would seem is the PROFECO office of the mexican attory general office ..this office is suposed to porvide free meadiation between froriners & mexicam compays.. I will try but am doubtfull that criminals will sit down to mediate . stay any from them & if you are a victim like me good luck .
