Premiere Trade RIPOFF & SCAM Altamonte Springs Florida

This post is to warn people about Premiere Trade and their business practices.

I am also a unhappy customer and agree with the complaint Rick in NY wrote. The software is not worth the money. The software sells for $3,000 and then there is the monthly data feed for $99.95. The data feed is always is always going offline so it is impossible to trade accurately. The demo accts in the software disappear, the trade desk doesn't keep accurate records of yours trades. The tech & customer support department is always pleasant on the phone, but they can only come up with so many excuses. There are still many bugs in the software and it isn't worth the money or hassle. Also other people in my user group did attempt to get a refund.

In the paperwork it states you have a 14 day trial of the software in which time you can return for a complete refund. One person in my group returned it and has been waiting 3 months for a refund. They can't seem to give an exact date as to when the money will be refunded.
Also on the matter on Premiere Trade & Premiere Trade Securities being linked. I believe this is true also. I called to get info on opening an account with them. They have the same toll free # and the same operator answers for both companies. I also researched and found the two companies are in the same building and suite #. This is against SEC rules.
