Prestone Prestone Power Steering Fluid Caused a Huge Problem in my 2008 Maxima. Very Bad Whining Noise! danbury Connecticut

2008 Maxima. I added maybe 2 oz. of Prestone power steering fluid. A day later it caused a VERY BAD Whining noise when I turned the steering Wheel. I checked the power steering reservior and found it Very aerated. I flushed out the power steering fluid with a synthetic auto trans fluid. PROBLEM GONE!!!!!

         I called 800-890-2075 #4   Left a message. Three hours I called it again (NO RETURN CALL) I spoke to Aaron and explained my experance in detail! He said I had air in the system since I added it. I explained AGAIN it was not that low that the fluid level was still in the operating range just on the lower side but I wanted it to the top of the range! He told me there is NOTHING Prestone would do for me (LIKE GO SCREW YOUR SELF). There could be NOTHING WRONG with there porduct! After spending $96.83 for a power steering flush and NEVER having any issues with the power steering after that.

        I WILL NEVER USE A PRESTONE or FRAM PRODUCT EVER AGAIN!  I was in the automotive repair bus. for 34 years and used a lot of Prestone antifreeze  and suggested it to customers. After this expereance with Aaron @ Prestone I will go out of my way to tell anybody not to use Prestone & Fram products again JUST because of Aaron's attitude, Prestone / Fram is a PISS POOR company to let there Company rep. act like this. I can't be any clearer it was like he said CHUCK YOU FARLEY!
