Prestone Rebast Internet, Internet

I purchased Prestone antifreeze and sent the original receipt for the rebate.  Two months later I received a postcard from Prestone Products Corporation stating, "We did not receive a sales receipt (copy or original dated sales receipt required)."

I sent the original receipt and didn't think I would need to make copy, which is a waste of time and money.  Apparently, Prestone Corp. is just another less than honorable company that shouldn't be trusted to do what they offer in print. 

What Prestone needs to understand is that one person taking the time to complain probably represents at least ten who don't.  I'm sure I'm not the first or will be the last customer to stop buying their products (or their sister company's). 

At this point, I don't want the rebate or contact from them.
