PTI Brian (don't remember his last name), Terminated without telling me why Altoona Wisconsin

I worked for PTI from May 24,2013-July 1st, 2013.  I had made an improper u-turn by the sand plant in Chippewa Falls, WI and misjudged the distance.  I had slipped off the trail and into a ditch facing the tracks.  I was told my the branch manager that I would not lose my job because it was an accident and that I was to take a drug test.  About an hour or two later he had called me and had told me that I was being terminated because of the the accident.  

Come to find out about a month ago, talking to one of the employees, someone took a van to the yard while on duty and scratched the van from bumper to bumper and was not terminated.  Tim Lancette the former branch manager did not terminate him.  My termination came from the top.  Nobody had told me about my pending termination.
