Publishers Business Services RIPOFF took $841 in 2 1/2 mos. they call work, cell told not to, no address on website Henderson Nevada

No address on their web site, their fax has Henderson, NV, but 800# and solicitation calls come from Florida and go to your business initially. They offer low payments like $18 per mo for 29 mos. to receive 4 mags for 5 years. Send you confirmation. My account was NEVER deducted for $18 but instead several $144, $121, $134 after they get your Cr. Cd.

They call you to "accelerate" the payment, NEVER send you ANYTHING in writing about this higher amount they are taking. I lost $841 in 2 1/2 mos. I contacted the actual publisher, such as Conde Nast, and they offer cancellation and credit, and even offer 1 or 2 complimentary issues of mags. But PBS refuses to EVER cancel or return ANY money, even if THEY NEVER PAID the publisher and if you are NOT getting the mgas. The publisher shows the order placed by "agency" with name of Publishers Direct Services. Why a different name?

When you refuse to do any more business with them they continue to call you at work, jeopardizing your job, and they call your cell during the day when you are working. They threaten to continue to take money, even after you write them, fax them, and tell them NOT TO. Notice there is NO address on their website because they have main phone operation in Florida, so if you were ripped off file with Atty General in FL and NV and in your own state.

These guys need IMMEDIATE investigation, and need to be shut down before they steel from any more people. We need a FULL INVESTIGATION of all their accounts.
