I worked for a Rainsoft Dealer, so I know their tricks. They are a very shady company that only cares about making money off their customers. Over a month ago I reported that all the customers in Arizona and Oklahoma were lied to and cheated
by their authorized dealer High Quality Water. Every single customer was lied to. First they were told the water test only take 15-30 minutes, when they know it takes 1.5 to 2.0 hours.  Otherwise no one would set the appointment. So they lie to get into your home. Then the sales reps would perform several tests using bottled water and tell the customers that it was Rainsoft water from the office.  That equals fraud. I told Scott Harmon;  the director of customer satisfaction for Aquion, Inc. the parent company of RainSoft. I told him what was going on and that because all the customers were lied to that they should be informed and Rainsoft should offer them a full refund because they bought under false pretenses. None of the customers were notified or
offered a refund. We are talking about hundreds of customers. Instead he had his  lawyer contact me tell me HighQuality Water did nothing wrong. What a scam artist.  I am spear heading a law suit against these people. So please email me all your Rainsoft horror stories so I can add you to my law suit. (((ROR redacted)))
