You see the Company employee rebuttal and it may sound innocent enough, but read the words carefully. They did not refute anything I said. This organization gives you links to real detective/information sites that actually give you information. Don't know how many of them are scams, but this one sure is. I can Google URL's as well as the next person and don't need to pay anyone $39.95 a month to do so. Incredible that they actually think people will take this without protest! I didn't and you shouldn't either. Best to avoid these guys like the plague.

I have been in business for over 30 years and see an increasing trend toward these types of outfits that don't seem to care if they provide a service of any value or not, as long as they make money. What a shame that we have lost our sense of right and wrong. Thanks for a service like this that lets customers reveal anonymous scalawags like this company for what they are, so others don't have to be ripped off.

Payment Information

Both trial memberships and monthly memberships are recurring memberships. If you don't cancel a trial membership within the 3-day trial period, or a monthly membership before the end of the current month, you will be billed $39.95 for each month that you continue your membership. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any time to discontinue the membership and stop the monthly billing immediately; however, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your current month's paid membership fee.

Also on the receipt that is sent out after purchase it states the charge will be $39.95 monthly/indefinitely and last in the confirmation email that is sent out with your access information we state:

Please remember that all 3-day trial memberships as well as MONTHLY memberships are recurring in nature and we assume you want to continue using your membership unless otherwise notified. On our order page we clearly outline that "3-day trials recur at $39.95 unless canceled. Monthly memberships recur unless canceled."
