REALGOLDSOFT aka realgoldsoft.com i was online and all of a sudden a page open called security tool and told me i got viruses and people are trying to haack my credit card info, i purchased there software then all hell broke loose london, United Kingdom

i got ripped off by this fake company called security tool aka realgoldsoft, they put viruses on my computer and i got a 29.95 package to clear the viruses that was suppose to clear the viruses but they charge double on what i wanted and my computer crashed for a couple of hours until they wanted my credit csrd info to fix the problem, before i relized it was a scam. ii googled the title security tool and there was alot of matches saying its a scam and it will gave ur computer viruses. I checked my email to get the transacation number and to call them and cancel the fee, they told they will and i told them that there site was a scam and he said i will refund u, so i checked my bank and they told me it was not canceled that was two days ago when i talked to them, i called my bank today and that what they told me. i called today  again and they hung up on me, so i tried again and its been a busy sighnal for the past 5 hrs, i'm working with my bank to block the transacation. people be aware
