Realtor.com Realtor.com is a scam! They lie to get your money and don't deliver what you pay for. Internet

Realtor.com has oversold zipcodes and cannot deliver the leads that you pay for. Customer Service is impossible to deal with. 

I am paying for 80-96 leads over the course of 12 months. I am 7 months in and I have received 24 leads. Leads that are sent out to multiple agents, not just me and one other agent like promised. Michael, the cutomer service agent I spoke with, said they will refund me for the leads I have not received, but will not allow me to switch to a zipcode that has not been oversold. I told him I had no interest in continuing to pay for a zipcode that does not have the amount of leads available that I am paying for. He said I could call again before my contract ends to go through the leads and receive a refund. But if I do not call before the end date, I will lose the money. He refused to let me speak with a manager. He told me I could start a new contract with a new zipcode, but then I would forfeit the money I have already spent and Not received leads for, which makes no sense! There is also the issue of fake leads. We receive leads with fake email and phone numbers that are suppoedly verified.

Another agent in my office has been overcharged, told her card would be refunded and the amount charged would be corrected. A refund was never issued and they are still overcharging. 

Customer Service agents will tell you that they are following guidelines and there is nothing they can do, and then they refuse to let you speak with a manager about it. I am not sure how or if this is legal, but it is something my office will be looking into. Definitely a buyer beware situation. I do not recommend realtor.com to any agent! This whole website is a SCAM. They are selling you nothing.
