realtor.com same false advertising Internet

I was approached over the phone several months ago by a salesperson stating that realtor.com could supply leads and customers via phone calls, emails, etc and that I could cancel at any time for anyreason if I was not completely 100% satisfied. 

After several months I called and today waited over 40 minutes to speak to someone. As soon as I requested to cancel my account, I had to wait again and then for someone to tell me that I could not cancel my account because the contracts were for one year but, I could call back in 6 months to see if I could cancel at that time.

This is very deceptive adverstising and I wonder how many of my other fellow realtors have been scammed as I have been.

I called my bank, Bank of America, and they went on line and read the website of realtor.com which specificly states that there are no contracts and that you can cancel at any time.  Bank of America said they have to honor the payment because it is scheduled to be paid but will cancel the auto withdrawal from there on out.
