RockAuto Sent wrong part, refused to refund

I ordered wheel hub and bearing assembly. Had a shop press the bearing in and we attempted installing it. We couldn't get it on, then couldn't get it back off. Finally I had to have vehicle towed to shop and have them remove and replace. I contacted RockAuto when mechanic informed me it was wrong part. Asking for refund was completed then received instructions on how to get refund. Send parts back in original box, well that was discarded by first shop that pressed bearing.

I contacted RockAuto again to find out how to get refund, explaining everything to them. They emailed me back stating: As our Return Policy states: To receive credit, a returned part must be complete and in its original, unmarked manufacturer's packaging. Returns may not be refundable if the part, or the manufacturer's box, is damaged while in transit to our warehouse.

We’re sorry, but we are unable to accept your return because you stated you do not have the manufacturer's packaging. The return instructions and label we provided have been voided. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.I
