RockAuto's prices may seem great at first glance, but they get you on the shipping by charging multiple times for shipping. They pretend that it's because they're shipping from multiple warehouses. In fact, their algorithm is set up in such a way that the order will ship from "different" warehouses even when all the items are available from the same warehouse. Try it for yourself. Add some items to your cart, then look at how the warehouse changes as you add or remove items. 

I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it was a glitch. So I contacted them about it. They replied that this is done on purpose to actually save on shipping. Gullible little me thought, hey they might just not have understood the problem. So I re-iterated. They asked for screenshots of my cart. I sent them a few to show the problem. For over a week since then, they have been ignoring my emails, sending me auto-responders stating that my email wasn't received since they closed the ticket. This is obviously a very intentional act to deceive their customers. It's not a glitch, their system is purposely built this way.
 
Additionally, they have been removing negative comments about them off Facebook and paying review sites to remove their negative reviews as well. You can clearly see that they disable the ratings feature on their facebook page (what does that tell you about a company?). They're deceiving their customers in more ways than one.
