Rock Auto RockAuto Dishonest, Incompetent, with no customer service skills or communication skills

I ordered 2 bulbs and two filers and they charged me $7 each for shipping (total value $14) but shipped by FedEx to a USPS box. FedEX cannot deliver to a USPS box but have a service where they share the delivery service with USPS. Insead of using this service they shipped by FEDEX who dropped the parcel off at a private shipping depot and i had to pay $3 er package or $6 to recover the package. So I paid $20 in shipping for $14 retail package and RockAuto refuses to admit they made an error and they cannot ship a package to a USPS box and have to use the combined shipping service of FEDEX/USPS and they stole from me..... Do not buy from RocKAUto -- they are incompetent and do not honor their warranties nor do they know or care that they cannot delivery to a USPS box. I am angry enough to file legal action,,, not for the money but because of the non existent customer service
