Rock Auto I have purchased many items from Rock Auto. A blower motor. ,covered by warranty., Emailed, told no record, even though other items showed. Told I have to look at credit cards. Hard time getting replacement Internet

I purchased a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix blower motor from Rock Auto. I purchased many items; multi- function stalk turn lever, right passenger mirror, struts etc.  blower mortor stopped working.. Emailed Since covered by manufactures warranty . Responded with , only struts and multi- function turn lever was on record. Went through 3 different representative, all gave the same, no record and cannot help me. Advised to check my credit cards, I have 3, of which numbers have changed. Did not save receipt so I have to buy a new one. Not even discount. Said I must have purchased somewhere else. Only web-based retailer. It is cold and living on limited income. I have to wait another 2 weeks till my VA disability check comes in. Will not purchase again from Rock Auto
