RPR I TOO, DIVED RIGHT IN WITHOUT DOING ANY RESEARCH FIRST. Fort Lauderdale Florida

Today, I opened my mail and along came this Travel voucher in the amount of $1300.00. I called the 1 800 right away thinking that it's Ramada name, it's reputable company (must be legit). Anyways, to make my story short, I authorized $898.00 for upgraded beach front 4 days/3 nights in Ft. Lauderdale, outside cabin 2 night IMCL Caribben Cruise all inclusive except port charges of $99.oo per person, 4 days/3 nights in Magical Orlando, and 8 days Alamo rental car with unlimited mileage. Sounded good, right?

Well! after all of that said and done. 4 hours later, sat infront of my pc, looking up Ramada resort in Ft. Lauderdale and this web site popped up and I did some reading and got really nervous about what I got myself into. So, I called my M/C company and ask if the charged went through and it did and I explained the situation to the M/C rep. she told me that nothing much she can do at that point but recommended I call RPR and request refund (if RPR refused then call M/C back). I was really furious with myself now to get sucked into this before doing any research first.

I called RPR customer service 1 800 203 9783 talked to Eugenal ext. #4268 and requested a full refund but she tried to sell another package for less money..at this point she will refund my M/C $600.00 and $298 still be charge for different package but I insisted on a full refund and she was nice about it and agreed to credit back my M/C the full amount by 7-10 working days. I made my purchased on June 23rd, 2008 and requested my refund on the same day 4 hours later. Now, I just have to sit and wait 7-10 days and see if Eugenal of RPR will really refund my full amount of $898.00 and I will definitely keep every posted of my update....thank you to this site
