Russ Darrow Lets an employee forge sales contracts and loan documents to unbeknownst spouses madison, Wisconsin

My husband is an ex felon who was hired by russ darrow 1 year ago. He purchased a new Ram around Oct. He owes a lot in back child support so could have nothing in his name. He forged my name to the loan papers etc. In Dec he proceeded to take my car in and trade it on a new 300 again forging my name to all these documents.  I was told by Ryan Arkins, sales manager that that this is a common thing that they all do, himself included.

Around February he went to the business manager Jason Malloy admitting that he had a drinking problem. Fellow employees were aware that he was drinking on the job-they pitched together and bought him a flask to put in his pocket. The finance manager, Justin also has a drinking problem and was on an ankle bracelet for awhile. Nothing was done to either employee.

My husband got into more trouble with the law and was sent to jail and will eventually go back to prison. Russ Darrow did buy the truck back but not for the balance of the loan. I had to get an additional $3500.  loan to pay off the truck loan. When payday rolled around I attempted to go and pick up his check so I could apply it to this loan but Jason refused to give it to me stating that Darryl had called him and told him not to give it to me that his mother would pick it up. I told Jason that they all knew that he forged my name for the truck and car and would not do anything about it. I told him that he can expect to hear more about this.

I called corporate head quarters speaking to Mary who stated that she would check into this and get back to me. I only want to be compensated for the additional loan I had to take out ($3500). My husband put me in debt over $100,000 and this loan could potentially break me.  I have my doubts that I will ever hear anything back from her.
