In September of 2013 I purchased a 2010 Chevy Aveo I noticed bad bad bad chips of paint missing all over my car I called reported imediately and they said they can do nothing to help me I am a woman alone for the first time in25 yrs I told them I needed a safe reliable vechilcle I trusted you people I then take my car in to mineke in march of 2014 and I had a bad ball joint the mechanic said someone beat the car badly I have a good driving record and am a safe driver I contacted them about this I also had brake caliber bolts fall off my brakes I just figured I could do nothing about this because like they said as is and I drove it off the Lot this all has happened to me before I even owned this car 1 year I followed the care plan they gave me and they were suppose to alert me to any problems I do not think they really checked the car like they said or they would have found the bad ball joint which I drove my car out of state 900 miles and felt is rocking they also set me up with

High paying interest loan company Santander and Russ Darrow promised to rewrite my papers after one year and all I got back is a sales woman wanting me to come in and buy another car.I said Dan was suppose to get me a re write on my loan I want him to call me back this was in September of 2014 he never called me back. I am on a fixed income and  have had to fix some very serious work on this car which could have killed me or other riders in my car,I express my concerns in the very beginning about having a safe reliable car and they convinced me they had one.My friend said he also had a very bad experience with this same company.I am so disappointed in this company I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from them ever again.I dont want one of my friends or family dead or crippled from a seriously bad car shame on you Russ Darrow for taking advantage of me and many others,
