Saxon Mortgage Services no short sale or loan mods Austin Texas

7-07 got notice of increase in apr adjusting up 2 points. we have good credit but it jumped anyway.we called them and said we cant afford increase of $200 and would have trouble making it .we lasted 6 months before another increase of $200 came.

.we had been in contact during and before increase came -we pleaded with them to modify but no one would work with us. I called them to tell them i did not have all the payment -would they take what we have -they said all or none.

since feb they called us- harressed us daily 2-3 times a day .I would offer what money we had -they refused anything less. they started forclosure.

IT went to shariff sale but before that they paid past due property taxs 5 days before sale.?hmmm whats that about? now another co is paid our winter tax lptax soulutions pasadena ,ca ?

our property was valued at $142k when we bought it in 99-when it was refied in 05 -it was $220k. Is this sound like predatory lending ? 6.125 apr to 10.0

when we always on time with our payments -never late -good credit???? still saxon will not work with us .***during forclosure they lowered our apr back .8.0 .

we called them to to see if they were going to work with us . only if we had past due+ added fees. bottom line "they never tried to work with us" !!!!!!!!!!!!
"No goverment bale out shoud be even considered for Saxon Mortgage or Morgan Stanley"!!!!!!!!!!!!!
