Saxon bought our loan from new century and all hell broke loose. After making our october payment we recieved in the mail a certified letter stating we never made our october payment. our bank sent proof of payment several times to saxon. which they denied and said they never received payment. after taking to several representives they advised us to not make any more payments until they resolved this. after two more months they still never resolved the problem and was still saying we owe october payment. in return they said they needed about 3500.00 to make it right with them. we made the payment over the phone got a confirmation number and they even repeated my account number to me, i asked if this would make it caught up and they said yes. i also received a receipt of payment in mail. when checking my bank account i noticed they never took the money out. i called them and they said that it was the wrong account number and that now they need 5683.23 to make it right with them. they also put us into foreclosure. then a few weeks later as of today april 6 2006 they now want over 7000.00 to make it right. their representives have no clue what they are doing and you never can talk to the same rep twice, they have really screwed my credit report up and my life. anyone wishing to join us in the fight against this company please contact me thru this report. this company needs to stop ripping people off.

Been there, living that nightmare

I too had a New Century mortgage that was purchased by Saxon Mortgage. Just like you they didn't tell me of the purchase until after I paid my old company. Since the day they bought my mortgage I've been living a nightmare!
They set me up on ridiculous repayment plans to stave of the sale of my home, and everytime they somehow find a way to cancel them causing me to pay outrageous attorney fees, and I have to be put on an even more outrageous repayment plan, increasing my monthly payments to new and more outrageous heights.
I now work 2 jobs to make the mortgage payment each month, only to have them lose my payments! Just this week they lost a payment for fifteen hundred dollars sent by western union. This is a horrible company to do business with and I honestly can not see how they manage to get away with the horrible things they do to people. Serriously how do you lose fifteen hundred bucks that western union says you accepted!
I believe each and every person working there should be brought up on criminal charges. They abuse the system, they abuse the customer, they are just a horrible company to work with. You would think with the foreclosure rates so high they would be willing to work with those who honestly wish to honor their debts, but instead they refuse to. What else should you expect from a company that had to be sued by their own employees before they would pay them their earned overtime.
These guys are not to be trusted, if you don't believe me search them on any search engine, the results are always the same. Their customer service people are rude (to put it nicely), and will lie straight to like nothing. Good luck to anyone who is unfortunate enough to have a mortgage with these people.

They did the same thing to me, they said we never paid and when you called them they never gave you the same response, I ufortunastely waited to long to recieve leagal advice and I had to go in to bankrupcty to avoid losin g my home. Even when I was paying them through oour trustee the continued to say we owed them it was ridiculous I got so digusted I told my husband it was better we sell our home and just get rid of them all together.
Please email me if you need any info. They shouldn't be able to mess up peoples lives and credit the way they do. They are the most dishonest company I have ever encountered in my life.

what is going on?

Hi
my name is tom, and i am a mortgage broker.
look, if your story is on the level, it is the most ridiculous example of lender fraud i have ever heard of .
first off, immediatly refinance away from these villiage idiots-if you can. Hire an attorney asap and save your house.
if what you say is true, they are going out of their way to either gouge the shite out of you or take your house. i suspect just getting thousands in 'junk fees' might keep em happy, until they decide they need more money .
