There are people in this world who are not hela accountable.  I to have ongoing problems I began to engage with Saxon on June of 2007 due to change in finaces that were pending for me Saxon's inadeques have become varied I am again dealing with them after the FACT of having my mortage paymetn modified.

Now it is the documentation was never put into their system over 5 months ago!!!!  I do want retribution for the grief/stress and finacial loss due to this company

I understand what you are up against, I am a Saxon consumer as well.  The problem with all this is that even if you know you are right, it is very difficult to get help.  Then, when you try to be pro-active, you know your reasoning is correct, but you are not a professional in the industry so they walk all over you. I have been through the escrow thing as well.  I pulled my original closing documents out and looked at it and it does say that they can open an escrow without your authorization if they feel you have not met the requirements of tax and insurance in anyway.  Even if you have they keep doing it to you.  I had my own insurance, already paid for a year, they kept saying they were taking insurance out and charging me because I have not furnished proof of insurance.  I had faxed it, had my insurance fax it, completed the info online.  They even told me it was cleared up twice in writing.  Then, 2 months later they are doing the same thing.  Its hard to get anywhere without legal representation, because they know you cant really do anything except keep on with the same old stuff.  Then you are lucky if a lawyer will look at it, and if they do take it up.  How do you know they will ever do anything.  I have as of lately found some help on another issue with Progressive insurance and it is finally going somewhere.  Now all this is comming up with Saxon, I too was late on payments, but sent 2 payments to them and then I would only owe one.  I made sure I sent it before the 3 was actually due so they wouldnt be able to reject the partial payment.  They apparently sat on it a week or so and said I was over 60 days and sent the check back demanding full default or foreclose.  I have another weapon, and will let you know what to do after I see my professional on Tues. or Wed.  She is the head of legal at a university and specializes in consumer protection and deceptive trade.  No one would even look at my progressive stuff, so I went to my university lawyer and she told me exactly how to get things to happen and I did it and it worked.  I will go to her with this and I will do exactly as she says.  If you are interested, let me know, maybe I can help. I want to help all of you!!!  This is unethical, where are the ethics among our nation!!!

I understand the grief and anxiety you experience with Saxon Mortgage Services, and I too have discovered real and actual events of FRAUD,CONVERSION the failure and refusal of Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc to abide by the FDCPA, the TRUTH in LENDING ACT, the FAUR CREDIT REPORTING ACt,The BANKING and FINANCE LAWs and REGULATIONS  which govern Mortgage Loan Origination, Finance of and Servicing of these same loans plus many more illegal acts which are performed as normal and usual activity by Saaxon MOrtgae Services. I encourage you to fila a complaint with your States Attonreny General, like we have ad be prepared to offer documents and pove of your claims. I have sved every e-mail, every note, I have dicumented every employees number, thier comments and the date of my phone calls to Saxon and the results 9if any) of my clls. the site which is provided by Saxon to review your mortgage lona activity with them (for the litle that they allow you to see and montior; and which does not allow you to monitor or review the actual psoting of payments or fees or any other transaction which may be proceesed by them to your account. If I were you I would order a full an complete payment history from Saxon, and also a full and complete Accounting of your Escrow balance as weill. When I say full and complete priontouts of these acounts, I do mean from day one of which Saxon actullay became your servicing company, I was able to detect where Saxon withdrew from our account the settlement dollars from our baalcne which were meant to be used a Escrow dollasr, byt have NEVER been applied to our Escrwo account. When requesting thes epages, do so as innocent sounding as possible, or you will be told they will send them, however they never will send them if they suspect that you are knowledgable enough to understand what it is your are looking at. The pages you receive will appear very confusing and I believe intentionally so by Saxon so that you may become frustrated and give up tryng to fugure out wgat Saxon had done.  Do NOT agree to work with Saxon's counsel or account ing department in order to understand what they have shown you in these pages, take these form to an independent CPA for reconciliation and I am certain you will see illegal transactions on these pages.

I am trying to find an attorney to work with us  an would not object to locating an attorney who will join with our Attorney General in this fight against Saxon MOrtgage Services, that I do NOT understand, for the life of me, how this organization has not been brought down my the regulators and govenrment agencies who I do know has jurisdiction over them. I wish I has gone to law school !!!
