First of all, they contacted me! I was just using careerbuilder.com to find a new job, but they sent me an email about signing up and possibly making some extra money doing movie extras and small stuff. I have friends that have done this before (not with this company), so I thought "why not?" I signed up for their "free trial" and recieved nothing Free and no "easy to access information about jobs in your area"!

These people are the biggest scam-artists and I can't seem to get them to stop charging my account! I tried to research this Truetravelrewards.com online to see what I could learn, and that is when I found this website. It's nice to know that I am not alone, but awful to know that there are more good, honest people out there that are being taken by these crooks! If anyone knows how to stop this please contact me!

Search for Talent is NOT a scam

AUTHOR: Igor - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, December 28, 2006

My name is Igor Reiant and I am the CEO of Search for Talent. I'd like to personally apologize for any problems you may have encountered with our service. We've worked with over a million clients in the last two years and have designed our sales and customer support procedures to accommodate every one of them. However, as with any company, problems and mix-ups do occur, and we do our utmost to solve them and prevent similar issues from happening in the future.

We are not hiding anything. When new clients sign up with Search for Talent, they pay a small fee for shipping and handling of their welcome package, then have a period of time to test out the site to see if they wish to continue with us. If the member does not want to be a part of the service and pay the monthly fee, then they must cancel during this trial period. Members of Search for Talent have the ability to cancel online at any time and send questions through the site directly to Customer Support. If a client prefers to speak to the Customer Support Department by phone, our toll free phone number is provided during the initial sale and on the website. By calling 1-800-710-4210, you will be directly routed through to a real person who can answer questions, provide refunds and help you with any problems you may have. There are no phone prompts or mazes to go through, and wait time typically does not exceed three to five minutes. I apologize if you had an unpleasant experience with Customer Support, but know that such behavior is against company policy and we do correct it whenever it occurs.

Search for Talent is constantly working to improve our Customer Support Department, Sales Department and our website as a whole. We post thousands of new casting calls every week for people working to break into the entertainment industry. Search for Talent has also signed up hundreds of Casting Directors and Photographers who contact our members every day with upcoming opportunities. We are consistently growing and expanding, but it's not because we're a scam it's because Search for Talent works.

Thank you

Sincerely,
Igor Reiant
CEO Search for Talent

I was recently looking for jobs and I went to craigslist.org and I found this job add about telemarketing, you know they want someone who wants to make big bucks and blabla....so I called for try to get an interview, i talked to a guy name Igor, by the way i think that is his cellphone i 'll put for you at the end, anyway we set up and appointment later for the day, went I got there there were like about 20 people on the phone and 2 persons with headsets monitoring all the calls, they send me to a office with 3 more people, hanged me an application and wait for the sales manager(igor).I been in sales for 5 years all diferent kinds, and this guy did not have the look and appearence as a trully inspiring sharp sales manager, he look more like a computer geek, nothing against geeks, but he couldn't explain how is the commission and hourly splits, well after a 5 minutes explanation of the company and 1/2 hour waiting for mr. sales manager, we went individually for an interview, I was second on go, he review my application and just asked me 3 simple questions, how I found out about the job, why left my past work?, and what time I'm able to work. Then i'm hired wow!!! that was to easy ..next he game a new hire manual, and a script that I was suppost to memorize, I came home still wondering what was the catch, so I decide it check out their website, accidentally I end up in rip-offreport.com with their name, i'm glad it happens, casue I wouldn't be able to sell something that doesn't exist, is a ethic thing on me, but anyway 650-267-7214 his name is Igor reiant, he is the sales manager !!!my a$$..he is the owner and who answer the costumer service lines and charged the credit cards, and set up the website that they have, claiming being in bussiness for 3 years when is only have new people working for them for almost 6 moths. I did my research out and inside the company for 2 days before made my decission of not show up anymore, i don't think they were going to pay me anyway for 2 days fo work, since I didn't sale anything. Good luck and give him a call make him suffer just like he did to you.
