Oh, how the mighty have fallen. I sent an email to James Politeski, VP of Home Appliances, yesterday at 4:53am Pacific Time. And get ready for the shock of your life. I know, I know...so hard to believe....no response, nothing, nada, crickets.
I am unable to copy and paste the email on this site but suffice to say I ordered a hot water heater for my sister on Sunday, February 26th with a guaranteed delivery date of Wednesday, March 1st. When they did not call on Tuesday evening with the two hour delivery window, the hell began with the non English speaking "customer service" reps who couldn't even locate the order despite my sister having the order number in hand and giving it to them. They STILL don't have their water heater and Mr. Politeski should be selling Slurpees at 7-11.
I used to love Sears but if they can't even compete in the online space, they are already dead...
