Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Southwest may brag about not charging customers to check their bags, but they never mention that they also remove your jewelry from your checked bags while the bags are in their possession.
I flew recently from Sky Harbor, Phoenix, Arizona, and was extremely disappointed to find that all of my jewelry (which was in numerous places of my luggage) had been removed.
I've never had this experience before, and i've checked my baggage with jewelry many times in the past.

You really have to be a special kind of retarded to put jewelry in your checked baggage. For one, checked bags get lost literally all the time. When they don't get lost, they get rifled through by the TSA. I'm sure it was the TSA that took your luggage, being that they are the ones who open and search the bags after Xraying them. Even the airlines themselves warn you to not check anything valuable!

The airlines are up front with this. They all tell you to put valuables in your carryon. How do you know that SWA stole your jewelry? Your unlocked luggage goes through many hands including TSA. Next time don't check things that you don't want to lose.
