sports 55 promised product in 4 to 6 weeks has been 11 and can give me no answers Internet, Maryland

used sports 55 for uniforms for my 8 year old baseball team paid 2200 dollars on 1/20 approved art on 2/16 they said i should recieve my jerseys in 4 to 6 weeks and pants in 6 to 8 weeks. on 3/10 i recieved 1 of my jerseys when asked about the rest was told it would be shipped the next week have called them every week since with no jerseys or pants and they can give me no answers.

now they say 10 weeks which it has already been they refuse a refund and dont know where my order is. every time i contact them i get a different person they say they are in charge and none of their stories match up. i contacted them today asking for answers afterwards they have added a disclaimer on their website i can only guess trying to cover themselves after we discussed hiring a lawyer. i just want my merchandise so i can be done with this company.
