Gilbert of Star Auto was to repair trhe wood interior and paint my 1977 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 2. For whatever reason they have been working on the car for two months and little work has been done. When I tell Gilbert to hurry up and finish, he always has an excuse. I have never waiting this long for car repair or paint. I have absolutely no clue as to why the job is taking so long. His business partner who does upholstery, Norberto Ruiz (Roberto), did an excellent job on the upholstery and completed the job in about a week.  When I question Norberto about his partner, Gilbert, he says very little and tells me to speak with Gilbert. On one occasion I got Gilbert's wife on the phone. I told her I aven't seen Gilbert for three days. She told me he's been in jail.   I don't know what is going on. I do want them to complete the job now or return my car and the $400.00 dollars I already paid them. When I first began with Gilbert he told me he needed some money up front to get the paint.
