Today we received a notice from the state of New Jersey stating that we failed to pay a $1.50 ezpass toll and now they are charging us a $50.00 admin fee resulting in a total owed of $51.50; we don’t even use ezpass; never have and I know for a fact that we paid the toll cashier when we visited New Jersey(exact change always).

I think this is a scam the state is cheating innocent people out of money and we have no way to fight it they have a dark picture of our car not really showing what lane we are going through but saying we went through ezpass.

It sickens me because we went there to support the state after hurricane Sandy but because of this we will NEVER visit there again. I have researched and a lot of people have been hit by this scam and NEW JERSEY should be ashamed of themselves.
