Straighttalk wireless Unlimited fraud Internet

So for the last day and a half i went to use my data plan on my samsung galaxy from straight talk and what do i find that i am unable to send multimedia messages access the internet and that. So i called straight talk to find that im supposably over on my data usage but I paid 45 dollars for an unlimited talk text and data. This has happend to another person in my family as well.

When i contacted costumer support they acted like they didnt even care. Even when i said that was fraud and misleading due to the fact when you say unlimited means endless but yet nothing was done about it. Told me they would transfer me to someone who could help when all they did was sent me back to the main menu.

If someone like myself is going to spend 400 dollars on one of their phones plus 45 dollars a month for UNLIMITED everything then shouldnt i be entitled to that I mean its false advertisement, Misleading information and fraud all in one.
