I have had a unresolved issue with my data device where it will not work I spent 3 hours yesterday trying to resolve what I thought was a technical issue but it turned out to be issue where they had simply turned off my device in spite of the fact that almost one full gig of data is still on the device and it did not expire until May (it is only February). I would like to restart the 2 gig reserve I have on there and have a credit of 771.38 mb of remaining time that should be remaining for use added to that. If not I will likely file on the Ripoffreport site and with the Florida attorney general. Also with the exception of One Rep(who was very nice), all of your customer care was rude and not a help at all... To show the remaining data from the device I have screenshotted the device to their customer service to show this current info as of todays date that shows the remaining data balance which was not replied to yet at all by the company..... This company is a ridiculous ripoff. First they told me I had to lose and restart my plan for my device to work. This lost me a paid 750mb nearly 1 full gig of data. I spoke to customer service and they at corporate agreed that the screen shot I gave of the device shows I had this data, but they cannot and will not credit me for the data now. Despite paying for more data, the device goes so ridiculously slow it is now useless. Besides "google" no sites will even load in under 15 minutes time. Horrible company. Wish they would buy back the device as I will not keep using it.

 So the company claimed that the device did not properly update and I had used 3.89 gigs of the 4 I had bought at which point they ended my plan. I added minutes and it took a few minutes to update. That seems okay I may stay with them. Not sure. I will monitor how use goes though to try to make sure I am not being cheated on the data gigs. If someone had told me this yesterday though I would not even have minded. I would have added more money and likely not even been upset. I am upset that their customer care and tech support was so lacking in clarity.
