Your refund did not come back to you fast enough? So you decide to make a report about that and mess up the company's good name? That is just so silly to me! If they said up to 20 days then why are you writing a report before you have waited those 20 days? That is just plain unnecessary. Update this report and show that you did get your refund! That is so unfair to this helpful company.

They are the man of their words, there are so many customers issues placed before them and also it's a big company,so, realize the situation is the best option.

I am sure you have already got your refund many days before as this post is from 2009, but, still you need to update this post as because this is still making bad impact over the Teaching solution.

Many of the people like me have a big faith on this company. Please think twice before placing such post.
