I recently purchased and downloaded this company's "Comprehensive Success System" for the Praxis II Spanish Content Exam and am sad to say that I was extremely disappointed! First, the study guide does not have any instructions nor preparation before any of the lessons (if you can call them lessons), which extremely disorganized and incomprehensible. Second, the questions do not even remotely resemble any of the questions on the Praxis exam. Third, the site claims the questions are supposed are researched and are supposed to be up to date, however, from their own list of references, the most recent material is from 1999! Lastly and most important, the study guide contains numerous structural, spelling and grammatical errors. One example: This is an example the guide offers as the correct verb usage: "Llega Pedro el primer" You either say - llego Pedro primero, llegaba Pedro primero, Pedro es el primero que llego, iba Pedro primero! There is no such word as "primer" in the Spanish language. This was just one example of the multiple errors in this guide. In addition, I sent an email to their supposed Coach asking a question and instead of receiving some type of educated response showing they had even read the email, I received a form email telling me what questions I shouldn't ask! I hope I receive a refund as they promised a 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked. I will keep you posted. However, please don't get hooked like I did, it's not worth the $67!
In addition to sentding a useless product, the cofounder and president, Mark Buckingham, of the company claims to be a certified teacher in Georgia, California & a number of other states that require teacher certification. He boasts to have passed the certification exams for the corresponding making him an expert in passing each exam. It is impossible for anyone to be certified and an expert in so many states and in so many fields.
I have reported the company to the Better Business Bureau and to the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising and fraud. It is against the law to make claims that aren't true & Mark Buckingham is not a certified teacher in all the states he claims to be.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE FOR ANY OF THEIR STUDY EXAMS WHICH INCLUDE PRAXIS, NURSING BOARDS, CALIFORNIA, GEORGIA AND NORTH CAROLINA TEACHING CERTIFICATION EXAMS AND MANY OTHERS.

Answers that you demand

It looks like an complain report of a child. Isn't it funny that you found an error spelling in a multiple section and your reaction is nearly crying for that fact. It's obvious that if there is a typing error or spelling error that is occurring again and again , don't you have a little brain to think about it?
You already know the answer of the problem, it could very useful for us who have will to attend in that exam later in future ,if you contribute your advice to the customer care they could easily solve this problem and make correction at those points which will be a great help for us.
You have mentioned about issues about cofounder and president of teaching solutions, Mark Buckingham. I didn't knew that is there any restriction to be qualified in many states by pass their qualifying exam!!!!
You know what now i really understand your problem, you are always ready to take the advantage but never want to contribute a little for society. If you are not like this, you might called the customer care and asked them about the problem, than could answer all of your question thus the guide will serve us more better than ever.
You consume this product and now asking for money back. You don't like the book so it's a "scam?" It is helping people for a long time to achieve their goal. Your intention is not good at all.

Not True

The report above states "There is no such word as "primer" in the Spanish language." Yet, in the update you say "is grammatically incorrect as stated." Make up your mind, is it a non-existent Spanish word or just grammatically incorrect?
"Both of you"? If you took the time to check it is written by the same author, me. Whether or not the Praxis exam changes, if you are "so" intelligent and an expert in Spanish then it wouldn't matter if the questions change or not. It isn't about memorizing the questions and answers, it is about learning the content.
If "none" of the information was on the exam, I suggest buying the right ebook or studying a little harder than that. Don't blame the company for failing your test because a lot of other people passed by using the guides.

The problem of each customer of teaching solutions is that they always point the negative than positive. There is no perfect service at all over the internet. Teaching solution is an honest company and they provide refund fast and easy if you
request it but like other companies they have problems as well. However, if you try to open up your mind and understand their policies, you can get more positive reviews about teaching solutions. Most specially, according to your problem, some Spanish words are wrong, well actually even books that you can buy offline have wrong spelling but it does not mean that the content is unreal and not good. There are no law in Spanish that all content in Spanish must be differ from the product that teaching solutions provide. The test is also $57 and not $67, before you made a negative reviews about the company, find first
the positive and facts about it. Im actually a certified teacher because I use the TOEFL preparation product over the internet that they provide.

Alright, this addresses both Spammer and Stop Spamming regarding your positive claims about Teaching Solutions. First, I sincerely doubt either you really know the Spanish language. "Primer" is not used in the context written and is grammatically incorrect as stated! I do know my Spanish and both of you shouldn't defend something you clearly aren't educated in. Second, the package was not supposed to help me with my Spanish but for the purpose stated in their advertisement, the Praxis Spanish exam. The advertisement claims the questions are up to date. Therefore, if either of you knew anything about the Praxis, you would know that it does change its exam frequently! Thus, your defense claims are completely unsubstantiated. When I did take the Praxis exam, NONE of the information provided in this so called study guide was on the exam.
I don't believe either one of you actually benefited from using this study guide. Again, your defense unverified and suspect. None of your claims prove any trustworthy research or believable claims. Both of you really need to provide verifiable claims instead of just trying to attack the person who was actually ripped off! Ignorantes!

This is the second report you have written about the same company, only in different words.
I wrote another rebuttal for your other misleading report, located here http://www.ripoffreport.com/adult-career-continuing-education/teaching-solutions/teaching-solutions-misrepresen-a2qb9.htm
"Ana" needs to stop attempting to spam this great company. Thousands of people are very satisfied with their product and yet there are some people attempting to soil a good name. Well there is nothing to soil with this company. They give full refunds when needed and there are various books to purchase. Each one with many pages of outlined, detailed information; easy for anyone to study.
Also "primer" is most definitely a word in Spanish, it means "first". Don't try to teach others Spanish when you don't even know such a simple word. Clearly you haven't even read the ebook very well.
Stop spamming a great company!

The lessons are not "disorganized" at all! Not even in the slightest. The ebook has a table of contents, introduction, sample questions, and various other tools to make learning easy.
Secondly why would a Spanish guide need to be up to date? Did the language change from 1999 to now? No it did not.
Wow "there is no such word as primer in Spanish"? That is just insane, it means "first" in Spanish.
If you know "so" much about the language then why must you buy a book to help you out?
I am not sure where those extra 10 dollars came from but the test is $57 not $67.
If you are going to make a report, at least make one that has some validity to it.
You have made the same ridiculous claims with two separate reports on this site. The funny thing is that you just worded them a little differently so it doesn't look like the same person. Clearly a spammer trying to discredit a successful company that has helped thousands pass their tests!
