I ordered a GACE Test Manual for $59.97 from this vendor's web site and I paid for the manual via Pay Pal. It was my understanding that I would receive a hard copy of the manual. Instead, I was directed to a download site and provided an Adobe document. The background page color of the document is dark blue. I have a laser print and a clear copy of the document cannot be made. The vendor's webpage states: "If you find your exam mentoring and study guide don't meet your expectations or don't pass on the first try, just phone or e-mail client services and say, 'cancel membership' for an easy, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, 100% Money Back Refund." There is no phone number listed anywhere on the webpage. I tried contacting the vendor at (888)411-2783 (obtained via the BBB) and the number is disconnected. I have requested a refund via email and I have received no response.

Here is another example of a silly report that was completely unnecessary. They didn't have enough patience to wait for a response from the company so they put up a stupid report and then update it by saying they got their refund. Why even write a report? They resolved the issue for you and you should be grateful to get your money back.
Honestly, people need to learn how to use a computer, it is 2011! If you knew how to use a computer then you wouldn't of had any problems with the download. Wow!

Do you know how to use internet very well!!! i don't think so. If you are a good pc user you probably should know what are the procedure of downloading a file.
There are various links of a downloading content, you probably redirect to another sites for some server huge traffic. You should thanks to them for assisting you with that service.
Second thing you might not have Adobe reader, or, it has been expired due to have pirated version. Download it from web and use again, i hope you will find your answers.
Their contact information is not public, it has only been sent to a user of Teaching solutions. Who doesn't know how to use Adobe she probably could make such mistake.
I am glad that you have got your refund, they are very loyal to their customers. I think you should send them a thank you note for being kind to you all these time.

Teaching Solutions is actually a very legitimate and honest company in providing their service to people. My cousin has some attitude problems in this company at first because she thinks that this is a scam and full of unreal success stories.
But because she really needs to pass her TOEFL certification at her exclusive school that is very well-known in our country, she decided to try this company which is teaching solutions. She gives a review of 9.7/10 which is 10 is the highest because all the coaching and ideas she gets about TOEFL preparation are all high quality, true and unique than other competitors. Please do not say anything negative about this company because my cousin actually now a certified teacher because of the help of teaching solutions. I highly prefer the process of their service and I actually will also use this company to be able to get preparation for my IELTS test for employment. Teaching solutions is honest in refund, I have also some classmates that order a refund for this company and all are successful in getting their refund. I think that before getting and requesting a refund, you must contact their admin about your problem and wait for their reply. Think about a fast food chain, if you order a food that is overcooked and you request a new food without telling the problem, do you think that the manager will give you another food for free? Its all about business, yes its true that according to teaching solution policy, if you are not satisfied, you can get a refund but how can you tell you are not satisfied if you do not check all the content of their product? Check it first. If it is not working, then, contact them about it because delivering of products sometimes has problems.
