Time Warner Cable have a monopoloy in cable service in our area. AND THEY KNOW IT. The service is substandard, often dark, channel line ups appear and disappear, they do not support the packages they charge for, ON DEMAND doesn't work most of the time and they cannot support a decent internet service, yet they pressure for payment, and give you the run around on the telephone. Since they acquired the business from Comcast, AND FORCED ROAD RUNNER on their users, the entire service, company, and support rates less than a 1 out of 10 and they should be investigated by the FCC for improper business practice. Anyone considering getting cable instead of a dish like we did: DON'T CHANGE IF YOUR OPTION OF AN ALTERFNATIVE PROVIDER IS TIME WARNER CABLE. You'll never have a dependable service again.

My experiences were very similar but a lot worse. Thank you for filing your report. we must encourage everyone that is complaining about them to go ahead and start voicing these illegal billing practices more loudly. Is the FCC the only regulator of this horrific cable company?
