The first problem started when Time Warner took over bankrupt Adelphia cable company last Spring. Not that Adelphia was any better, it wasn't. Just that service went from worst to unbearably horrible.

Time Warner conveniently removed only certain channels that were NOT Premium channels from a non-Premium channel package line-up. When questioned about this little "faux pas", Time Warner service reps' unprofessionally, inadaquately and illogically responded by stating that it "wasn't responsible.... and they didn't and couldn't do anything". Now, once again within the last 2 months, all cable channels conveniently went off. Time Warner sent out a tech person to check all wiring, cable hook-ups, installations, noting that nothing was dysfunctional as far as any TV was concerned. This was only a temporary "quick fix" and worked for 2 weeks. As of this writing some people (who are also Time Warner customers) at the same residence, are only receiving about 40% of the channel packages they're paying for. Again, another tech person came out and this problem currently, still persists.

Time Warner operates as a SCAM cable company, fleecing customers, providing absolutely NO redeemable customer service and should not be allowed to stay in business.
