Time Warner Cable False advertising! One of the worst examples of customer service Ive experienced! Schroon lake New York

You really should train your representatives properly!!! Your representatives tell your perspective customers one thing and a few days later your service techs tell you something completely different!!! Your representatives will say "it's free installation, you will not have to pay anything more until you get your first bill"! (Which is all recorded conversation by the way) then on the day of installation you expect us to pay ANOTHER $350!! Tell me that's not contradicting to what your people said earlier this week! Any other self respecting business would own up to their mistake and actually give their customers what they signed up for! Not time warner cable! They can mess up all day and expect you to fix it! Any other person or business would be held to what they advertised! If your representatives can't give your "would be" customers the correct information then they shouldn't be working there or need to be retrained! You say in the beginning of the conversation that the calls may be recorded for "training an quality assurance purposes" how in the world is this quality service!!? And what? Do you train all of your representatives to lie?!? If so you're doing a great job! Time Warner Cable you are a piss poor example of customer service and one of the most dishonest companies I've ever dealt with!! Your losing business and you're the only ones to blame!
