Time Warner Cable TWC 300 dollar promised gift card never got Austin Nationwide

 I called time warner for service in a new apartment after having just an antenna before I thought it would be nice to have cable after talking with John a representative he told me about a package available with a 300 dollar gift card just for signing up so I got the package for 89.95 per month. Then my first bill arrives and its 159.99 first ripoff. I get a letter in the mail explaining how to get my 300 dollar gift card with a redemption code and needing a prior service bill from another service provider to qualify after John told me I just needed to sign up so I called TWC and talked with a Nestor he called himself and explained to him what I was told. He said that no one would say that to me and there was nothing they could do in a very rude way ripoff #2 So I payed for it two more months and decided 159 was too much for my budget so I called to get my services downgraded to save money and the service rep basically told me that I would end up paying more money to do that because I had a bundle deal. Ripoff #3. They refused to work with me in any way
