TIME WARNER CABLE Ripped us off with fake Pay Per View charges. Would not even consider them a mistake! Anahiem, California

Today my husband discovered that our Time Warner cable bill had $85.79 in charges for pay per view movies we had not ordered.  He remembered that the previous months bill was high, too so he reviewed that bill and found $87.33 in pay per view charges.  We immediately called Time Warner.  They in no way would admit that there could be an error.  They kept insisting that the movies were ordered by our remote control and played by our cable box.  We found out we had been paying for movies for several months.  Only the last two months were a huge amount that caught my husbands attention. 

We have not, nor do we ever watch pay per view/on demand events.  We have been home watching regular channels or sleeping, no vacations and no house guests at any time they claim the movies were ordered.  We talked to a customer service rep, a supervisor and an assistant manager.  They all insisted that we had to pay the bill. 

I am convinced that Time Warner intentionally overcharges their customers.  This is proven by the comments from their customer service reps.  A report will be filed with the BBB and we will cancel our service immediately.  Adelphia didnt go away.  Time Warner adopted their criminal practices.  What crooks.  What frustration.  Thanks for reading this.
