Unclaimed Freight Fraud East Brunswick New Jersey

I picked out a couch and love seat to purchase at East Brunswick NJ Unclaimed Freight  store.The sales lady who lives in the same apartment complex as I do suggested a couch with a higher back.She guaranteed that it would fit.The deliverymen came at about 7 pm and carried the couch to the top of the stairs and had it on end on the landing.They looked at it and shook their heads saying it would not fit.They didn't even try to get it in.They made me pay the $95 delivery charge which I protested.I went to unclaimed freight and told the manager the story.His response was to buy something that would fit and pay half the delivery charge.I responded that I wanted free delivery and his response was "then I guess your out $95.I am writing the BBB and will go to court if I need to.
