Unclaimed Freight deceptive, rude, didn't tell us we had to assemble heavy pieces until delivery Somerset New Jersey

We bought a larger 2 piece china hutch for our kitchen. When delivered the driver told us at the door that they don't assemble items for unclaimed freight and the reason he told us at that point is because unclaimed freight is the only company that they deliver for that does not assemble items. He also said that this is such a big problem that he takes a lot of the items back due to the customers refusal to accept delivery of un-assembled items. We called the store and spoke to the manager who was an ignorant, rude, idiot and kept saying you should read your receipt. Had we known we would not have purchased the item. We told him he should stop being a sneak and inform customers that their items won't be assembled, but he kept saying you should read your receipt. What a dumb-a*s. I would not recommend doing business with theses lieing thieves, ever! Unclaimed freight SUCKS!!!
