Unclaimed Freight Do Not Honor Warranty!!!! Pearl, Mississippi

On April 26, 2008, I purchase a leather selectional special order because the color I wanted was not in the furniture store. The furniture store I speak of is (Unclaimed Friehgt). The sellman that help me with this sell was very friendly and polite after purchasing the furniture he told me about a warranty for the leather selectional that will cover holes pokes and if it is cut with that being said I decide to purchase the warranty without a second thought, just so happy and thrill to purchase the furniture that will be cover for five years under this warranty that I purchase form the sellman.

For a few weeks I have notice that the furniture had started to peel and the leather pull apart, so thinking it still under warranty call Unclaimed Friehgt to make arrangement to have the furniture repair, spoke to a man name Mr. Allen when I first start calling in May made arrangements to bring it in for repair, I was told that a techician had to check it out before it could be repair that arrangement got cancel, so I call back to schedule another appointmnet that was cancel. Also Mr. Allen did inform me that the company that did the furniture had gone out of business with that being said I don't think they want to honor the warranty, I wonder did that company use bad leather material because I don't think it should be peeling and coming apart.

So August 29, 2011, I took my furniture to Uncliamed Frieght for it to be repair, Mr. Allen call again to inform me that the techician had to look at it after checking it out he told me it not under warranty and the damages are due to wear and tare, I will have to pay for it to be repair had I known that I would not have purchase a warranty because it did not and do not cover the damages my furniture have substain I feel is so unfair to deceive a customer in purchasing a warranty that will not cover any damages. consumers beware of purchasing warranty from Unclaimed Freight!!!!!
