United Payment Services scam, lie, ripoff, falsifications, fraud Internet

  United payment service did not furnish me with a credit card terminal or other hardware, software, or information on conducting financial transactions with there service. No service of any kind was made available.    I waited for a responses from united payment system about delivery of information or hardware to start this service and never received any thing .

Now they want me to settle out of court for $404.84  for early cancellation. I did not cancel this service because i dint know it was started .   Not one time did they return my calls about when the service would start or when  there hardware would arrive. I was told my sells man was on vacation and would get back to me he didn't. 

Now they have a credit collection company CRF Solutions harassing me for the cash I do not owe United payment service they did not  provide any service or supply any hardware for credit card transactions or rercive a canceltuion by me or my company .

I am going to report this to anyone that will help me i will post this on any web site that will let me . I will not pay one penny to this company for the scam they did on me. I will take this and all the other postings down if I get a letter releasing me from this
 harassing scam to collect fees that are not owed. I have informed United payment service of my intentions and have received no response.
