United Payment Service(ups) sold itself to be a great merchant provider. After less than a month I had major problems. They froze my account to make me jump through a bunch of hoops costing me dearly. They held my money for products I had already delivered and paid out of pocket for. After over a month some of the funds were released but just a fraction of it.
Over 50 transactions were messed up that I had to manually enter and I have had chargebacks due to their mess up that I cannot fight because of it. They have my money, and are trying to get me to give them more for fees and stuff. They did not fullfill their contract and are trying to charge early termination charges that I was told Ii wouldn't have to pay. They will provide me with no documentation on where my money is or where it went. They are thieves who hide behind a company name and take what they can.

#1 UPDATE Employee
False accusations
AUTHOR: Scott - (U.S.A.)

These allegations are completely erroneous and false and without merit. This merchant mishandled his merchant account and now chargebacks are rolling in. The funds held are protection against these chargebacks. If this merchant handled things correctly then there would be no chargebacks and no monies held. This is all the merchants doing and he is trying to blame united payment services. He really needs to take responsibility for his onw mishandlings and chargebacks
