University Of Phoenix Axia College I was lied to, my transcript is held hostage, I can't attend a real school until they release my transcript. Phoenix Arizona

In January of 2007 I inquired about online classes. Malissia contacted me by phone,wed iscussed a Criminal justice degree. She took me through the financial aide process, we found out I was pell grant elligible.
Before I started I found out my huband was going to leave me, I explained this to Malissia she said I would be required to pay the 245.00 reg. fee. Under duress I caved and did the two classes.
I monitored my account during this time which showed me owing 1700.00 in tuition. I repeatedly asked malissia about this and she told me over and over" Its ok it takes time for the Pell grant to process"
By the summer I recieved multiple bills, my phone calls were unreturned. I did however get a call from another "counselor' who told me to enroll again and they would get a Pell to pay for everything, but I had to enroll again.
My father passed away over the summer, I had severe depression. The vultures at UOP just wanted to fraud the govt for more money in my name.
I called the 800 number in the fall to ask someone at fafsa about my pell. She told me that UOP did get Pell money for me.
in the summer of 2008 I attempted to return to school in my hometown. They told me I had to get my transcripts from UOP . On the fafsa website my app for a pell grant was erased. Its as if I never applied, I asked who could access this information, the answer: UOP. I wanted to be a a . special ed teacher.My opportunity is held for ransom by axia college uop.
