Watch out for Verizon calls requesting customers to change minutes plan to the next top level.  It is a rip off.

Somebody from Verizon called me and told me to change my minutes from 450 to 900 because I have used all my minutes.  She told me that my charges will be 59.99 plus tax.  I thought it was a good deal and I agreed to change my minutes from 450 to 900. 

Few days later, I was surprised to see that my bill is $91.80.  I called Verizon to inquire why they charged me $20 more and why they never mentioned that when they told me to change my minutes plan.  I was told it is their policy and they cannot remove the $20.
