Verizon - Verizon Residential Phone Service thirdparty billing scam, verizon bills unapproved unordered services on behalf of OAN Services, i don't approve 3rd party billing St Petersburg Florida

i have verizon residential phone service, verizon will bill for 3rd party entities whether the charges are valid or made up, without approval of the customer, i have flat rate service so when my bill jumps $15 i notice, this has happened several times, i call customer service and they say the charges come from OAN services and they can not remove the charges for the sevices, not ordered by me, from your bill and say they will continue to bill my account for any third party entity that submits them a bill, then they give me the number to contact OAN services, OAN says they are 3rd party billing company that bills for other companies, All the companies provide some sort of premium service for phone options you already have in your plan, the latest one charged to my account is a company called Premium Voicemail. My verizon package includes voicemail for free. The first time i spoke with OAN they were quick to cancel the so called service and my verizon account was corrected over the next several months, Then Last month it happens again, This time they argued the service was ordered over the internet, i asked for their fraud department and they got very defensive and abusive. and said they were not connected to Premium Voicemail co. except in billing for them, so i asked for Premium Voicmail contact info and they said they did not have that info, so i asked for the federal id numbers of premium voice and oan, so i could verify the company(OAN) was legitimate. they said they could not access that info, they would not give me any legal contact info and when i said i would name them in the lawsuit they said the account would be canceled and funds returned,

Just got my new bill and it still shows the last month charges and new charges for this month, Verizon also refuses to give me any legal business information on these companies, i say 3rd party billing is not approved on my account and they say tough luck, they say anyone who wants, can bill anyone with a verizon account, thru verizon, any charges they want, real or not, and verizon will not even verify the charges ar actual, the customer has to contact the billing company to dispute and then they give you the oan number for the runaround.

i believe a lawsuit should be brought against verizon,oan, and any other entity involve in this process.
