 Several  months  back,  I   wanted  to change  IPs.   So,  I  found this

little   " two  guys  and  a  goat "  outfit,   here,  working  out  an  an  office

in   some   craphead  little  hicktown   in  Kansas.

   The  name  of  the  craphead  little   outfit: Mike's  TV  and  Internet.

I call  them,   and   this   little   guy  comes  out,  and   tells  me  I am

gonna  have   25  MEGABITS   DOWNLOAD !!!!!!!!  for   a   modest  

amount  of  money.

He   put  up  a  dish,   aimed  it,   got  it  squarely  on  the  signal,

and  had  me   sign  a   piece  of   paper.

He  leaves.  

 I   turn  on  my  machine,   and     OINGO-BOINGO !!!!  I have  

an  actual   25  MEGABITS  DOWNLOAD.  KA-BOOM !!!!

I mean,  it  screams.

So,   about  29   hours  later.......KA-BOOM  again.

SUDDENLY.....my  internet   turns  into   mud.

That  25   turns  into   0.25.   Not  kidding.

I  figure  I  have  a  modem  problem....so  I  run  a  powercycle

on my   modem  and  machine.

Nothing.

So, I  call   EXEDE/ViaCrap/SUCKMYBLOOD.COM

The  "customer  service  chick"   says  that   I  have   been  demoted,

due  to  the  fact  that  I  have  reached  my  QUOTA.  

I  said,  " What  the  Hell are  you  talking  about ?   No  one  talked

to  me  about   any   cap   on   downloads.

They  say:   Oh  yeaow.  There's  a  CAP.   And  it's  so  many  zillions

of   electrons.   

I  tell her  again......no  one  EVER   talked  to  me  about   this  CAP

thing.

She insists  that  there  is  one......but  NOW....she  tells  me  that   

there  is  a   cure  for this.

She  just  has  to  make  an  "adjustment".

I  tell her  that   she  has  lost  a  customer.

Now,  today,   I  get  this   invoice  from   some   jack-a$$  outfit

in  NORWELL,  MASS,  demanding   nearly  $700.00   from  me.

These  people  are   LIARS.  CHEATS.  THIEVES.

ESPECIALLY  THE   NUMBER  ONE   THIEF:  DANKBERG.

Guess  what ?    NO  SERVICE....NO  PAY.  THAT'S  IT,  

and THAT'S  ALL.   

I  will  NEVER PAY.

I  don't  care  what.

They  mess  with  me.....and  they  will  be  sued.
