I purchased a smartphone from the virgin mobile online store to recieve a $70.00 credit they were offering.  You had to purchase the phone online and activate it online, you were to recieve the credit on your bill within 30 days. I tried to purchase the phone on line and at the end of the purchase it would not complete the order after putting in my payment method information in twice, I called them because I was affraid I would be charged twice .  I explained to them that the website was not working properly.  I was told they would take the order and I would still get the $70.00 credit.

After 30 days I did not get the credit and called to see why.  They told me I did not purchase the phone on line and I did not qualify for the credit.  I argued with them and was turned over to someone who said they would check their records. Long story short.  I called them back 4 times over a 3 week period.  I told them I had my bank statement showing who I paid for the phone, I have the shipping box with the order #, fed ex info.  What more do they need. I argued over and over again telling them I did order online.  Finally after the 5th call they said because I called them and ordered it through one of the rep's.  I was disqualified.  I expalined the webiste was not working and was told I would still get the credit.

After 20 minutes of arguing they agreed to give me 1/2 of the credit as a compensation for all the trouble. When my credit is used up I will be buying yet another phone and changing carries.  Will not do business with liers..

I read your previous post and couldnt figure out WHY Virgin did not give you the $70 credit when you tell us you ordered it online. It was looking like a clear cut case of fraud on their part. But in todays post you clarify your statment. You did not get the credit because you did not order from the website. That is the only reason. You placed a call. There in is the issue. I understand that their site was having issues. But instead of calling, you should have just gone back to the website a day or so later. They CANNOT give you that $70 because YOU DID NOT ORDER IT FROM THE WEBSITE.

So basically.....YOURE THE SCAMMER!!!!! You are attempting to get something even after you have been told that you did not qualify. You then cry to the people on the phone and stomp your feet and make a scene to try and get what you want. YOURE A THIEF!!!! Congratz!! All your post has done is show that you are a spoiled little idjit with a unhealthy level of self entitlment. You are lower then scum.

So welcome to the world of scammers!!!! This post is NOT a ripoff by Virgin but a ripoff OF Virgin. Yet again the american consumer shows that they will stoop to ANY level to get their way. You are a scamming thief who needs to be taken out back and beaten for sheer chronic stupidity. Youre the liar and the theif and Virgin will be lucky to get rid of a customer like you.
